How to use tags

Using the tags, the finder of lost items can send a message to the owner about the found item.

New tag registration:

1. Read the QR code on the tag.
2. Select from the menu: Register tag.
3. Name the tag.
4. Optionally, set a reward for the item (this information will be visible to the finder if specified).
5. Enter your contact information (email is mandatory). The finder will not see any of your information.
6. Accept the registration.
7. Done, your tag is now activated, and you can attach it to the desired item.
8. You will receive an email with a link to manage your tags.
9. You will always receive an email when your item is found. If your tag also has an SMS service, you will receive information via text message.

Found an item with a tag?

1. Read the QR code on the tag.
2. Select from the menu: Send a message to the owner.
3. Briefly describe what you found.
4. Specify where you delivered the item if it's no longer in your possession.
5. Provide your contact information so the item's owner can reach you if needed.
6. Send the message; now the owner will be notified of the found item and your contact information.
7. The owner will contact you, and you can arrange for the return.
