The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is sent by paying the contents of the shopping cart through the online store's checkout. The purchase is made between the online store's customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the purchase.
Through Paytrail service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallet, credit/debit cards, invoice, or installment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the application settings. Payments with MobilePay wallet are charged to the connected payment card. If charging from the payment card fails, paying with MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.
Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom order items, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, possible additional services, the weight, and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the online store's checkout before finally accepting the order.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but no later than within 14 days to the online store. Damaged packages in delivery must be reported immediately to the company responsible for the delivery.
The online store's customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the product is faulty.
